for Monday Mashup I am making an alien invasion  I worked with Nevaeh and Alira first we designed a story. And then we made it out of air dry clay.We had to work fast because it would dry out fast. We ended up making two aliens and one moon and Mars and the earth. After we coloured the clay in with felt tip we made our back rounds. We put a black piece of paper and then we sparkled it up. have you ever made aliens out of clay?

Last week, we went to Living Springs Camp. We stayed for 2 nights and 3 days. I like doing mont boarding.

I really like going down the hill. I went down the intermediate. It made me go so fast that I felt like I was going to fall off . The hill was so big we started with the primary and made it to the list. Have you ever tried mountain boarding before?

I have been doing perspective art. First I  drew the lines and next I drew the trees and houses. Then I rubbed out the centre  lines  and  coloured  in my picture.

WQe are learning how to write sentences in te reo  maori My I am jumping. sentences are  you are standing. The dog sitting. olivia is singing .

For Inquiry we had to choose a celebration connected to the moon. I chose Matariki because I wanted to learn how people celebrated it.

We researched about Matariki and watched videos to get information.

Next we made a poster to share our learning with others.

I made my poster with Ashleigh.

I enjoyed getting the pictures for the poster.

I found putting my poster on my blog challenging because writing this information was hard for me.
